Our Conflict Management training courses are adapted for the given sector that prospective trainers wish to deliver to.
Delegates will, prior to the course be asked to undertake a short project assignment to develop and reinforce knowledge of Conflict Management. The project forms part of the qualification and, as such, will be assessed as part of the course.
Courses are delivered over 5 days. During which time the delegates will be given every support as they experience delivery of the whole programme and, at given stages will practice their own delivery of sessions using a student centred approach and also, scenario based learning.
Formal assessment will be undertaken at the end of the 5 day course and, successful delegates will then receive a qualification as a Deliverer of Conflict Management (City and Guilds 1886).
Successful Trainers will be eligible to deliver courses for licensed centres and certificate delegates at level 2 – Certificate in Conflict Management (City and Guilds 1884).
